This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have. We apply it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

2. What data we collect

  • Data you give us in forms: first name, email, phone number (WhatsApp), Instagram handle and any answers you give.
  • Communication data: what you write to us by email, WhatsApp or social media, and notes from calls we have with you.
  • Technical and browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, how much of the videos you watch, traffic source (e.g. UTM parameters from an ad) and data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

We do not ask for special category data (health, beliefs, religion, origin, etc.) or bank details through this website.

3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

  • Responding to your request, sending you the webclass, assessing whether the proposal is a fit and contacting you (email, phone or WhatsApp): your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Sending you information and content by email or messaging: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Measuring and improving the website and ads (analytics and advertising): your consent via the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Keeping the website secure and preventing fraud: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Complying with legal obligations (tax, accounting, handling rights requests): legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you, nor do we profile you for that purpose.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers acting on our behalf (processors), under contract and with appropriate safeguards:

  • LeadConnector / GoHighLevel — website hosting, forms, emails and contact management (CRM).
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram) — measurement pixel and advertising, only if you accept cookies.
  • Google — analytics, only if you accept cookies.
  • WhatsApp — communications with you.
  • Becoming Present SLU (Spain) — if you decide to access the Discovery Process, which it sells and provides.

We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States or may access data from there. In those cases the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the provider is certified) or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. You can ask us for more information at [email protected].

6. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use technical cookies, which the website needs to work, and, only if you accept them, analytics and advertising cookies (such as the Meta Pixel). You can accept, reject or configure them in the cookie notice and change your choice at any time. You can also delete them in your browser settings.

We do not send sensitive data or your form answers to these platforms.

7. How long we keep your data

  • Contact and form data: for as long as our relationship lasts or until you ask for deletion or withdraw consent. If there is no relationship, at most 24 months from our last contact.
  • Cookies: the period stated in the cookie notice.

After that, we keep them blocked only for the periods required by law to address possible liabilities.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent without affecting prior processing. Write to [email protected] stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month at most.

To stop receiving communications, you can also use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply "STOP" on WhatsApp.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.

10. Minors

This website is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will publish the current version here with its update date.
